The presented approach combines Internet of Things, Cloud, Mobile technologies with use custom designed smart tags applied to each bottle order provide food track trace capabilities. combine QR code additional information printed an invisible photochromatic ink. are activated by flashlight on mobile devices during scanning. Before scanning, users prompted select context (in store, sold, consumed) about as it moves through supply chain. is used custom-made heuristic help makers detect issues individual instances product. system was implemented pilot project that executed period 6 months.
